The pricing will capture the scope of work you want and will be clearly identified. We will also make a recommendation on best value pricing.
Our construction support includes assisting with pulling permits if required, developing a schedule for your project, and ensuring you are aware of cash flow requirements. We will coordinate and manage the construction professionals to keep your project on track with schedule and pricing. You will always be informed of any potential issues or impacts along with a recommended solution to resolve them. We will provide you with periodic reports and updated to track the work, costs, and risk mitigation.
Our closeout support helps you to actually complete the project – this starts in the preconstruction phase to make sure you remember little things like cabinet handles, cleaning and making sure any defects or issues are resolved before the contractor receives final payment.
